■ Booking-related Q&A

  • Q1. How do I make a booking??
  • Reservations can be made via 'internet', 'fax' and 'telephone'. To book by phone, please call 045-664-5888 between 11am and 10pm.
  • Q2: Can I cancel or change the number of people in my booking?
  • Please make sure to call in advance if you wish to cancel. However, last-minute cancellations may be subject to a separate cancellation fee (see * below). Please understand this in advance.
  • Q3. Can I change my appointment time?
  • PleasePlease contact us in advance and discuss this with the member of staff in charge. If there is another reservation at the requested time, it may not be possible to change it. If it is unlikely that you will be able to make your appointment due to an earthquake, traffic congestion, etc., please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Q4. How can I be on time due to traffic jams?
  • If you are going to be late for your appointment, please make sure to contact us. If a significant amount of time has passed without notification, we may have to show you another customer. Therefore, please make sure to contact us in such cases.
  • Q5. Should I make an appointment?
  • We recommend that you book as soon as possible after you have decided on the date and time of your visit, as it is expected to be very busy on the days before holidays such as GW, New Year's Eve and weekends.
  • Q6: Can I reserve a table only and choose the dishes on the day?
  • You may choose any dish on the day, except for dishes that require an advance reservation. However, as we have to prepare the ingredients and dishes, it would be easier for us to serve you if you inform us in advance.
  • Q7. Can I make weekday lunchtime reservations?
  • As weekday lunchtimes are very busy, we regret that we do not accept reservations for weekday service lunches. Reservations can be made for course meals. Please be aware of this.

  • Q1: Are private rooms available?
  • Private rooms are available. (4 rooms on the 2nd Floor and 5 rooms on the 3rd Floor)
  • Q2: How many people can use a private room?
  • Available for a minimum of 10 persons. (Available at "no room charge"). Please inform us in advance if you wish to use the room. If you have small children with you and would like to use a private room, the minimum number of guests is 10, but this may be possible depending on availability, so please feel free to ask.
  • Q3. Can you cater for large groups?
  • Banquets of up to 100 people (when the 3rd floor is reserved) can be held on one floor. We also accept private parties such as welcome and farewell parties, year-end parties, New Year's parties, birthday parties and after-parties for weddings. Please feel free to consult with us about the number of people, budget, etc.
  • Q4: Are non-smoking areas available?
  • The restaurant has a separate smoking area on each floor.
  • Q5. Are children's chairs available?
  • Available.
  • Q6: Is it possible to visit the shop in a wheelchair or similar?
  • The restaurant is barrier-free: the ground floor is completely flat and barrier-free, and there is a lift to the upper floors above the second floor. There is also a dedicated disabled toilet (1F Floor).

  • The Restaurant is open all year round.

■ Cooking-related Q&A

  • Q1. Can I change the cooking ingredients?
  • If you are ordering an individual dish or a course meal and have allergies to certain foods, please inform the waiter. We will do our best to meet your wishes. However, please note that some dishes may not be able to change the ingredients. Please understand this in advance. Also, we may not be able to accommodate some all-you-can-eat menus. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact our staff.
  • Q2: Can I add all-you-can-drink to a single meal order?
  • We are sorry, but all-you-can-drink is only available for customers who order all-you-can-eat and course meals. (※If you order all-you-can-eat, the all-you-can-eat period is also 2 hours).
  • Q3: Can I make a plan for the after-party of my wedding?
  • Basically, the menu is based on the course meals and other dishes available at the restaurant. However, we can make plans according to your budget, such as flower arrangements and other party favourites, so please contact the staff in charge first.

  • Q1. Do you accept credit cards?
  • Various credit cards are accepted. However, credit cards cannot be used to pay for special discount courses or service lunches. (※Cash only).

  • Q2: Can the voucher be used throughout the day?
  • Yes, possible. Lunchtimes, weekends and public holidays are also available.
  • Q3. Can coupons be combined?
  • Not valid for tickets purchased on coupon websites, special discount service courses, set menus or service lunches.
    It cannot be used in conjunction with various discount services or coupons.
  • Q4. can I use tickets and deals purchased on the coupon website together?
  • Tickets purchased on coupon websites (e.g. Groupon, Pompare) cannot be used in conjunction with other discount services or coupons.
